Aku keje dgn consultancy company. Services yg kami provide mostly in franchise development. Benda ni mmg baru pada aku, & maybe for some of u. Franchising is 1 of marketing medium. Kami deals with potential franchisor. I’ll put it easier 4 u to understand.

Let say U ade 1 business. U nk bukak byk2 outlet, tp xde modal sbb biasanya perlukan kos yg tinggi. 1 way, u license kan business u. another way, the most secured 1, u franchise kan ur business.

We are the panel consultant for Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS). Meaning that, kalo PNS ade business yg ready utk difranchisekan, diorg akan appoint their panel consultant to develop the franchise system. In 1 development process, basically there are 5 phase. Those development phase will takes 6 months ++..
Phase 1: Screening – to evaluate business franchiseability
Phase 2: Prepare Franchise Concept
Phase 3: Research on Prototype outlet
Phase 4: Research on Franchise package
Phase 5: Launching of Prototype outlet

Launching is part of it. My clients tgh queue nk launching ni. Below are the requirements:
1. Ade business
2. Operation 3 years – ade audit report. Lg bgs kalo audit report show profit.
3. Berminat utk mengembangkan perniagaan
4. Kalo business sgt berpotensi utk dikembangkan, need only 1 year operation with amazing profit.

For Franchisor, can develop their business through:
1. PNS – may take time to develop. Coz, all potential business must be screen 1st. if through PNS, all development cost will be bare by them. (Bumi only)
2. Own cost
3. Non-bumi – own cost or finance by other financial inst – banks, CGC, etc

Sesapa nk jd franchaisee, meaning that start business through franchising ni, can go to PNS, ask them. They provide scheme for franchisee too..But again, its for Bumi.

Keje aku, bukan consultant tp aku membantu diorg sambil belaja how to be a good consultant. Aku prefer to look at the figures, unfortunately, I have to learn everything.
